Amazing Things that Happen to Us in our Lives

Here on this Blog, I will tell you about my experiences.  I have no reason to lie and have to let you know.  Just so you can read my experiences.  Do you have extra ordinary experiences in your life?  Tell me about them.  I would love to hear from you.

My first experience not necessarily in order, was when I was 10 years old.  My mother was in the hospital.  My aunt was taking care of us.  My mother was about to give birth in the hospital.  I was aware of what was going on, so I went to my bedroom and kneeled down and prayed, and prayed.  I had 5 brothers and two sisters.  I prayed and prayed that it would be a baby girl.  I wanted a sister.  In those days, you didn't find out a head  of time or let's put it this way, my mother did not check to see if it was going to be a boy or a girl.  She just wanted a healthy baby.  I waited and prayed some more.  My aunt was in the home during the time, and was busy working around the house.  That was my mother's sister.  My aunt was a pretty nice lady.  She took care of us and the house.  May God Bless her.  She is now in heaven.  That lady was almost a saint.  I loved her a lot.  Anyway, I didn't stop praying, until I heard the phone ring.  My aunt picked up the phone, and my hands and knees were pretty much in the same position, hoping and praying that the baby would be a little girl.  My aunt got the news, hung up the phone.  I slowly got up and went to the living room.  My aunt said, Your Mom is going to be alright, She had a baby girl.  I was so happy and I had this great big smile on my face.  I went back to my run and gave thanks to God.  That was one special day for me.

My second experience in my life, was not so happy.  My big brother and I were very close, we were about  3  years apart.   Leon and I talked about a Business Plan, and he said, "Yes, I can do that".  I told Leon, "whatever you do, don't let me down".  He said, "I won't".  "I will be in Fresno on so and so date".  "Ok", I said.  At the time,  my brother was working for Bank of America as a Teller.  He married for the second time, and was very happy with his marriage.  Bank of America was planning their Christmas Party, and he was all excited about that.  Leon was a great dancer.  Leon and I would always dance when invited to a special event within the family, and there was lots of family in Los Angeles.  Where there was music, we were there. When Leon and I were small kids, we learned quick from my Aunt on my father's side, she taught us how to dance.  My mother worked in the store with her uncle.   We happened to be there that day. Leon was 4 years old, and I was about 1 year  and 8 months. My uncle owned a restaurant..  Well, There were men waiting to come to the U.S., but at the same time they were asking for food orders.  Guess What? Music started playing. We started dancing, and..............all the attention was on us.  All started giving us money.  We were not there for donations, we just wanted to dance.  My mother was surprised.  She saved the unexpected money for more groceries. That was my mother's story to us. I was too small to remember.

Anyway, Leon went to The Christmas Party with his wife.  He danced a storm and loved every bit of it.  He went home with his wife.  That night he slept and the next morning, he went to heaven.  His wife was shocked upon waking up and not seeing Leon open his eyes no more.  The news was given to my family, and I was given the news.  I was devastated.  I couldn't accept that.  We went through the funeral, and it still seemed so unreal to me.  I came back to Fresno, CA and saw his car parked in my parking lot, so quiet and so lonely, no more Leon, just a lonely car.  I was still crying and grieving for him.  I prayed for him every night for two weeks on my second floor in my bedroom.  I was left alone by myself.  My husband would not come up to my bedroom.  I prayed for two weeks straight, and I said the Holy Rosary every night with a candle on my side.  I prayed all 15 of them. It was dark, and the only thing I could see was the candle on my side.  I had no fear in the dark.  I would pray and go  to sleep crying every night for two weeks,  The last night of the two weeks,, I did the same thing, and was getting ready to go to sleep.  I  layed there in the dark after praying,, almost ready to fall asleep, when I began to see something unusual through my window.  There at  the window I saw a white mist, like a cloud or fog coming in through my window.  That white mist turned into a shape of a man, a very old man with white hair and  white beard, and a serious look on his face.  I can only see the face, no body, just a large face with white hair and a white beard and he was starring at me.  I was starring back, but I was speechless, and he had a serious look in his eyes.  No smile.  He just looked at me.  I looked at him, and he did not say a word. I waited and he slowly went back out the same way he came in.  I did not know who he was.  I  can only say, he must have been a Holy Being, because he had white hair and a long white beard.  The next morning, I woke up and was still thinking about my experience. I told my husband, and he probably thought I was nuts.  Oh, well.  I opened the bible, and there was the face of the old man that I saw that night.  Was he Moses?, was he Jesus?, was he God?  I will never know.  He was probably trying to tell me not to grief anymore.  Leon was now in Heaven.  Prayer is powerful. Hello everyone.  We are now in October.  The holidays are near in the United States.  The weather should cool off, but to our surprise it is still hot in October.In my life, we have lots to be happy about, and I hope your life is as well.  You are doing the best you can, and that is all we should do.  Don't over do it and don't stress out.  It is not worth it at the end.  Enjoy your life and just do as much as you can.  There will be another day, and every day you can improve on your subjects at school or the work you are doing.  Life is precious, enjoy your life.  If you make crazy mistakes, oh well, we all do.  Don't feel you are alone.  Just get back on your feet and keep going forward and do the best you can and enjoy your day, you will soon find out, that the little things in life are most important.  Think about it.

It is June 24, 2012.  Good Morning everyone.  I am so glad that you are reading my blog.  I love to keep in touch with you.  Have been working at work and at home, and of course, I am now sharing my computer with my son, so it has been quite different now.  However, now that my son is not here, I am going to take advantage of my computer and write to all of you.  I wanted to share my thoughts with you this morning. 

Have you ever wanted to look your best, not for the world, but for you?  That's how I feel.  I want to look great every day.  Who taught me that concept?.  My mother.  She always looked great at home and when she went out grocery shopping.  Who else? My 5th great teacher.  She always look great too.  These two people are very special to me.  They taught me to look great and feel great.  You can also look great and feel great.  Why?  Because you are unique in every sense of the word.  Don't compare yourself to others, just accept yourself and feel great about yourself.  I like to wash my face, my face is my canvas.  I then take care of myself and start the morning fresh every day.  I am not Miss America, but I feel like one when I take care of myself.  Since I can remember, I started wearing make up in the 6th grade, not a lot, I was still experimenting with make-up, I can assure you, I was very careful and discreet about my make-up.  When I went to Junior High School, I started to use foundation, and light lipstick and mascara.  I had some freckles.  I did not like freckles.  But, some people look great with freckles.  I did not.  I was always adding make-up to cover my freckles, but to no avail.  Anyway, I survived it.  I no longer have freckles.  Don't ask me why?  Now that I am older, I look back and think of all the remedies I tried and tried.  Anyway, I did look great, even with freckles.  I managed to have boyfriends, and some were good looking guys.  I was very conservative though, and they knew it.  I came from a strict family, and they knew that too.  I am now 60 years old, I am using Mary Kay.  I have been using it for one year, and I love their products.  They are of quality and safe to use.  If I look great then, I look even better now.  Check out the products, there are also products there for men.  The colognes are great.  Mary Kay concentrates on facial skin care, look at those, you wll be glad you did.  The rest is like icing on the cake, they have amazing products, you will enjoy it.  My website if www.marykay.com/mfarias5829.  Remember, do it for you.  Have a great weekend and enjoy life to the max.  May God Bless You.

Be Strong

Life is not easy all the time.  We all have ups and downs.  You must face the challenges and be strong, and know that you will succeed in each and everyone of them.  You are not alone.  Life is a challenge.  Don't get discourage.  If you fall, get up again, try and try again.  Don't give up.  Keep trying until you defeat whatever is bothering you in a positive way.  You are in charge, and God is there to Guide You.  Have faith in yourself and in God, and you will defeat any challenges that come your way.  With Lots of Love and with all my heart, I hope that everything goes well with you.  Stand up and keep on walking.  You will succeed and you will defeat those challenges that come your way.  Lots of Love.

Once Upon A Time

The family comes back from church and they normally watch television or like most young children, the children are now behind their computer exploring new websites.  James is looking at some sites, but is still thinking about the box, while Tamara is looking, she is also thinking about the box.  Sebastian and Joanna are picking up on their thoughts, so they are pretty much encouraging those thoughts on both the children.  James gets up and goes to see where the box is, and Tamara follows hinm.  "Where are you going?, asked Tamara, "Where do you think I am going?, asked James.  "I want to go there, too", answered Tamara.  "I see", said James, "you have the same curiosity, as I do, let's go". James and Tamara go towards the location of the box and started to check it out, looking at it in all possible ways, and pressing on various locations on the box.  No, nothing was happening, so Tamara decided to give up but James was determined to open the box, even without a key.  He touched the back of the black box, and there was this little tiny indention towards the bottom back of the black box, a tiny magnetic silver dot, he touched it gently, and the black box opened.  James was surprised, because all this time, he was looking for a key, Tamara and George and Elizabeth were looking for a key.  Sebastian forgot, there was no key, Joanna thought there was a key, and so James and Tamara were so surprised to see how easy the box opened, and there was no key. "How we complicate things in life, when we can make our lives much simpler, and enjoy our lives in this world,"said James.  Tamara and James looked inside the box.  What did they find?  You want to guess?  There was a letter from Sebastian that said, Dear James and Tamara, we love you very much, we will always be there for you, no matter what.  Life is not guaranteed in this world, so I wanted to take time to write you this letter and tell you that we love you very much, and each day that goes by, we love you more and more,our love gets greater. Your job is to succeed in life and to enjoy every moment of your lives, do not let anyone discourage you.  In life, all of us have a gift that was given to us. Live your lives and enjoy every moment, and assist those that need encouragement, love, peace and direction.  Your education is very important, apply everything that you learn in college, and that will take you to the path of helping others. Your mom does not know about this letter, I wanted to surprise her too.  I know that if she is with you, she will agree with me 100%.

Sebastian and Joanna were there all this time, and Joanna looked at her husband, winked at him, and gave him a great big hug. Joanna said to Sebastian, "our job has just begun."

Encouragement

When you feel down, get up again.  Encourage yourself.  You can get up and hear some music, watch your favorite movie, go to a movie, talk to someone that has a positive outlook in life.  Look at a beautiful hill, mountain, flower, rose, garden, home, or take a short trip to the mall and buy some ice cream or a snack, your favorite snack.  You can encourage yourself, get up and do something nice for yourself.  You deserve it.

Believe in Yourself

So many times I say that to myself.  Challenges come and go.  You believe in yourself and always go forward and don't let anyone discourage you.  You are as intelligent as the next person.  You can do it.

Cell Phones and Televisions

Cell phones and televisions are advancing more and more.  There are so many added features and there are different sizes.  It's hard to keep up with it.  I must say that there are many advantages to it, but you can't stay behind, otherwise you get lost.  The cell phones and televisions are becoming more and more advanced and
sophisticated.  Very large, very small, and in various colors.  You have standard size, mini size and the large ones, it's the Age of Electronics.

Once Upon A Time

Sunday morning arrived.  The family members awaken one by one.  Elizabeth is making breakfast in the kitchen and George is reading the Sunday paper.  The kids are slowly getting up from bed and washing up so they can start their Sunday morning.  Elizabeth pours a cup of coffee and gives it to George, then she pours a cup of coffee for herself and sits for a bit to enjoy her coffee.  George is very attentive with the news on the newspaper, so she decides to quietly enjoy her cup of coffee and checks out the Sunday sales on the newspaper.  The morning seemed quiet and so serene.  Meanwhile the kids are getting ready in their bedrooms and they are moving things around their bedroom to find their clothes, socks and underwear.  James was unable to find an item that he was looking in his bedroom, so he goes to the bedroom where it used to be his parents bedroom, he was looking for a special sweatshirt that was given to him by his parents before they passed away.  James opens the closet doors and searches in the closet.  He notices there is a black safety box on top of the shelf.  He brings it down to check what's in it, but he cannot open it.  It is locked.  He places the black safety box on the bed side and goes back to search for his sweat shirt.  He finds his sweat shirt and puts it on.  He then carried the black box to the direction where Tamara's bedroom is and knocks at her door.  "Tamara, can I come in?, he asked.  Tamara, tells him to wait for a moment, and he waits there patiently.  "Tamara then replies, "James it's open, come on in".  "Tamara, I found this black box on top of Mom's and Dad's closet, have you seen this black box before?, "No", Tamara replied.  "No, what's in it? she asked.  "I don't know, I don't know, replied James. "Can you open it? asked Tamara.  "No, it's locked", answered James.  "Let me try it", said Tamara.  So Tamara tried, and sure enough it was locked.  "who has the key for the black box?", asked Tamara, "Don't really know", said James. "Let's go downstairs and asked George and Elizabeth to see if they know about the black box and the whereabouts on the key", said James.
So, they both go downstairs while James is carrying the black box in his hands.  "Aunt Elizabeth, have you seen this black box before?", asked James, "No, where did you get the black box from?", she asked. "I found it inside my parent's closet, on top of the shelf", he answered. George also looked at it, and said, "I wonder what's in it", "lets look and see".  He tried to open the box but it was locked.  "Where is they key?", asked George. "That's it, I don't know where the key is", "Tamara and I don't know where the key is", replied James." Elizabeth looks at the box with curiosity and decides that she was going to look for the key.  "I will find the key", "you guys leave that to me", "I will look for the key", she tells them.  George then goes back to reading the newspaper and the children get distracted and start eating their breakfast on their table.  Elizabeth gets her breakfast and starts joining them too.  Meanwhile, the black box is left near their side, and they go on to another conversation.  Sebastain and Joanna appear in the kitchen, and Sebastian sees the black box next to them, he becomes excited and tells Joanna, "they found the box", "they found the box!", "Look, it's on the table, on their side", "Yeah, now we are cooking", said Sebastian.  "Yeah, they did", replied Joanna.  "Why are they ignoring the box?" asked Joanna. "I don't know." answered Sebastian.  "They should have opened the box by now, don't you think so?", asked Sebastian. "Yeah, I would certainly think so, replied Joanna.  "Maybe, they already opened it, and they already seen what's in it", she said. There goes my surprise", said Sebastian. "Maybe not", replied Joanna. "If they would have opened it, they would not be concentrated on their breakfast, they would probably be talking about the content on that box, since you said that it was a surprise for the kids, assuming that it is a surprise, and it may be an exciting surprise for them, they would be more into the box, then their breakfast", explained Joanna.  "Maybe, Maybe", you are right but only for this time, said Sebastian.  "After breakfast, I will look for the key", said Elizabeth", Joanna looks at Sebastian, and tells him, "You see, they have to find the key, so they have not opened the box", "they need a key to open the box". "Do you know where the key is?", asked Joanna.  "No, I don't think so", "I don't remember where the key is"  "I know it's in our bedroom, but I really can't remember where I put the key the last time." "Think, Think" replied Joanna.  "Darn, I can't remember", replied Sebastian.
Meanwhile, all the members of the household get ready to go to Sunday Church.  They all leave the house, and now the house is so empty without them and so quiet.  Sebastian and Joanna are now looking for the key and search all over the house for that key, but can't find it.  They tried their luck with their hands, and doors open and close, and dressers open and close and drawers open and close, but they can't seem to find the key anywhere, "where is that key", said Sebastian, "where did I placed the key", "Only you would know, Sebastian", "you need to think harder and calm down, othewise you are not going to find that key". "Calm down a little, sit down and think on where you placed that key." advised Joanna.  Sebastian sits and starts thinking, but he still feels frustrated and does not allow himself to calm down.  Joanna just keeps looking on her own, but she can't find anything and decides to just give it a rest.

Weather

The weather is colder now, but it's nice.  Wherever you are stay warm.  Have a great day.

Do you have a best friend?

Do you have a best friend?  The answer is "Yes"  You are the best friend.  Believe in yourself.  Have confidence in yourself.  Take action, positive action.  Keep going forward, and allow no one to discourage you.  You are are your best friend.  Take care of yourself, so then you can take care of others in a good way.  Life is too short, enjoy your life and enjoy others company, but in a good way.  Learn each day, even if its five minutes of your time.  The harder you practice, the easier it gets.  Don't compare yourself to others.  Each of us are unique and special, we all have talents.  This talents were given to us the minute we were born. We are all  handsome or beautiful because we are unique.  There is beauty within us, and all of us have qualities, so please don't compare yourself to anyone, because you are already handsome or beautiful and you have special talents, you just need to look within and find them, they are there.  Take time  to check and you will find them.  Have a great day, and remember to smile, laugh and enjoy life each day.  Life is not guaranteed, and therefore you should always enjoy the moment and each day you are here.  It's a gift and a blessing to you.  You will succeed and you will go forward, just remember, you are your best friend.  It is nice to have friends outside your life, but at the end, you must believe and depend upon yourself to go forward and make a difference in your life.  You are your best friend.  Treat yourself, embrace yourself, pamper yourself, eat a nice meal, whatever you do that makes you happy in a positive way, do it and be a friend to yourself.

Practice

Whatever you are practicing, assuming that it is a positive move towards your success, your goal or just a hobby that will make you happy, keep on practicing, you can do it.  It may be awkward at first, but just keep on trying, tolerate the awkwardness and keep on practicing you will succeed; it may take 6 months, a year or six years, but if you practice, you will achieve it.  Don't give up, keep working at it until you achieve your goal or your dream, don't let anyone discourage you.  You know what dreams you have and you can reach them.  Lots of love and May God Bless You.  I know you can do it.

Once Upon A Time

Sebastian and Joanna decided to keep on looking.  Though Joanna had no idea what she's looking for.
Sebastian tells her that he is sure it was there on that desk, but it seemed like it was moved from the area that was previously placed.  It's a box and in that box there is something that is so valuable for my children, explained Sebastian to Joanna. "Ok, replied, Joanna, "why don't you tell me what it is, since I can't benefit from it now that I am no longer alive". "If I tell you," replied Sebastian,"then it will not be a surprise for you, and even though you are no longer alive, you will pleasantly be surprised and very proud of me". "I still want to surprise you with it, even though there is not much there for you, but you will be pleasantly pleased with what I have in that box". " I know it's inside that dresser, though at one time, it was on the top of that desk.  However, it was moved before I passed away, I just noticed but I didn't think nothing of it.  I just thought I could come back and look inside and find it inside and find another place for it later".  "As you see, it just didn't quite happen that way," replied Sebastian.

Joanna then started to use her specific powers too, but they were too weak.  She needed practice too.  Everyone in the household were quietly watching a movie, while Joanna kept trying her luck in the upstairs bedroom.  "No results"? asked Sebastian, "None", said Joanna.  Sebastian decided to just give it a rest and so he told Joanna to just chill and follow him to the next room.  Joanna followed and both Sebastian and Joanna sat in the living room watching the movie with the rest of the family.

The next day, the family was getting ready for a camping trip.  It was now Saturday, and everyone was going different directions to get their gear ready for camping.  Sebastian looked and realized that, that was not a good thing. Joanna laughed at Sebastain and said, "Sebastian, just let them go, they need to go and enjoy themselves, now don't spoil the fun for them".  Sebastian had this baby frown on his face and looked at Joanna with those baby blue eyes, and said, "Ok", but we will follow them".  There is not much to be done here, everyone is going to be out, we might as well be out there too".  "I agree", said Joanna.  So, everyone packed their camping gear and got in their car.  Joanna and Sebastian joined them, and watched their happy faces while on the road.  Everyone seemed to be smiling and looking forward for their camping trip, even the dog.
As they arrived to their destination, everyone was eagerly taken down their camping gear to get started.  The kids were particularly eager and anxious to get started.  The both of them hurried to get the tent and try to put up with it.  It was large and bulky, and the tent kept falling back down each time they tried to lift it up, the camping tent was not cooperating with them, so their uncle- in- law came to the rescue, and helped with the tent.  It was heavy and bulky.  "Thanks", Uncle George", they both said at the same time.  "You're Welcome", replied Uncle George.  The camp seemed to have something for everyone on the premises.  There was a real nice man made lake to go fishing, and there was a court to play volleyball, and there was also a place to barbecue,  and not to far was a gift shop.  The kids went into their tent and started to add their blankets and water inside.  They both found their place in the tent.  Uncle George and his wife they started to make preparations for the barbecue.  While his wife was cutting and chopping the vegetables, he was cutting and chopping the meat, and was watching the fire in the barbecue pit to see if it was nearly ready to fire up the meat and start cooking.  Meanwhile the dog was just resting and watching everyone work at the camp.

Joanna and Sebastian walked towards the fishing lake.  They were amazed on how many fishes there were and their variety.  The colors were amazing on each fish.  The only regret they had was that they were unable to hold a fishing pole.  Then they walked around the camp and enjoyed the various colored leaves on the trees, something they did not do while they were alive because they were so busy with their careers.  It seemed to be serene and so peaceful.  It was very nice to just feel the wind blow on your face and hear the birds sing various songs and watch them fly up towards the blue sky.  To see the small creatures crawling on the ground and going to their own destination or looking for food and working together to find their food, and then crawl back inside their hole or into the water.  To look up and see the sun shining and the mountains with color and precise clarity.  No smog on that day.  A beautiful day, that even the dead appreciated.  Joanna and Sebastian went back to the camp to see what was happening.  Their daughter was getting the wooden table ready for the picnic and their son was bringing out the water and the drinks.  Brother-in-Law was still cooking up a storm and listening to his favorite music on the radio.  Sister was helping her niece with the paper plates, napkins and cups.  All seemed to be working together.  The dog was smelling the meat, and now he was getting closer to the source, but in a very discreet way.  Slowly, very slowly. 
Brother- in-Law yelled at the team, and told them, "The food is ready, come and get it".  So, everyone grabbed their paper plate and grabbed their favorite piece of meat.  The salad was already on the table to take.  "It smells good", said Elizabeth, "it sure does", said George.  They all sat and had their picnic and enjoy each others company.  Joanna and Sebastian just watched and looked towards the mountains, they waited patiently to see what was coming next.  After everyone ate, the family decided to get together with their fishing poles and try their luck with fishing in the lake.  Everyone appeared to have experience in the fishing game.  George was doing well, his wife and the children appeared to know what they were doing.  Suddenly, Elizabeth screams and screams, and everyone got startled, "what's wrong Elizabeth?", asked George, "I think I have something, it's real heavy, it's real heavy", she kept saying.  "George come and help me, hurry, 'it's real heavy," So, George runs quickly towards her and grabs part of the fishing pole to help her with the weight of the fishing pole, and he brings it up and she brings it up and it falls, right back in, and he tries again, and she is huffing and puffing and she pulls up and he pulls too, and they both keep working on it, and as hard as it was, they gradually pull it up, and they look at it, and can't quite figure it out what they brought back up, "what is it? asked his wife, "don't know" said George.  He looked at it closely and the kids looked at it closely, and all four of them were puzzled.  Sebastian and Joanna wanted to know too, so they looked at it closely and wondered what the hell it was.  As they started to untangled the whole mess, they realized that it was a tangled shoe, that was so old, that it had rusty shoe lace and debris all over it, the shoe was more like a working boot, but it must have been there for decades, Elizabeth was disappointed, but the rest of the crew had a good laugh.  "Volleyball anyone," asked George.  Everyone went back to the camp and decided to change the phase a little.  The kids were more than ready to play volleyball, and George and Elizabeth wanted to please them, so they joined in the game.  Both George and Elizabeth were rusty for it had been years since they played volleyball, but they were participating and having fun with the kids, even the dog joined in to play.  He would run and fetch the volleyball when the volleyball stray to different directions.  Sebastian and Joanna were the cheer leading squad, even though they weren't being heard, but they didn't seem to mind.  The crew was now slowing down, and so they decided to start packing their things in their car.  It was getting late, and they wanted to get home before it got really dark and busy on the freeway.  Everyone looked tired and some were sleeping in the car.  Sebastian was a happy camper because he was going back home.  Elizabeth was pretty much asleep in the car and the kids, well, they too were falling asleep.  George had to stay alert, he was the driver.  The dog was fast asleep and snoring away too.  Joanna was staring at the sky and looking at all the houses as Geroge passed them by.  Finally, they arrived and everyone but George went straight to the couch and chilled.  They were all tired. George went straight to the shower to clean up. The gear was left behind for Sunday.  No one wanted to tackle the gear until the next day. 
Meanwhile Sebastian went back up stairs and tried his luck again, but he just kept opening and closing drawers instantly, they wouldn't stay opened.  Joanna tried her luck, but in her case nothing opened or closed.
Sebastian was getting a little upset now, and Joanna was getting very upset, because she was not making any progress there.  Joanna was throwing a fit and Sebastian calmed her down.  "All within time", he said, "All within  time".  "Let's go, it's time for us, to just chill for a while", said Sebastian. "Sunday will come, and we will see how we can manage our situation and problem when Sunday arises,"he said .  Everyone went to their designated bedrooms and fell asleep, while Sebastian and Joanna were trying to think things over, on how and who to work with, so they can get that small box out of there and open it.

Life is about Expansion and Growth

Always keep on striving to learn a positive skill, go to school, to a seminar, read a book that can open a door for you.   Every little step, every little bit of knowledge counts.  No matter how young or old you are, there is always room for learning.

Sebastian and Joanna are now ready to start their venture.  Sebastian is contemplating which way to start first.  Joanna is watching him with curiosity. "what are you planning to do?", asked Joanna.  "Well", answered Sebastian, "I am thinking that I should try the first method first".  "I need the practice". "So, you want to scare the hell out my sister and my brother in law", replied Joanna.  "Not exactly", said.Sebastian. "I just need to find out what I can do and cannot do with my potentials".  "I need to practice my new skills and see how far it will take me, but I don't really want to scare them, just want to see what I can do with this".  Joanna looked at him and replied, "ok, but I am going to try too, but just remember, we don't want to scare them, "right",
" right", replied, Sebastian.
 Sebastian and Joanna waited for the couple to come in from work.  It was 4:00 p.m., so Sebastian and Joanna decided to take a small trip to the school where they would check out their two kids to see how they were doing after school practice.  James, was practicing  his football techniques, while their daughter was talking and joking with her best friends.  Sebastian and Joanna can now go back and fourth without any problem, they seem to be more at ease with themselves, now that know how to appear and disappear in  different locations, so they mastered that pretty well.  They proudly watched their kids, and wished they could
hug them and kiss them once again, but they both know, that's impossible.  For a while, they both seemed to enjoy sitting on the bleachers watching their kids and all the young children going back and fourth to and from different locations, some  towards the gym, while others towards the football field, others had to go to after school homework class, to complete or return their homework, they so totally forgot or did not complete, late homework.  Sebastian noticed it was getting late, and there were not many students on the  premises anymore, and so he gets up and turns to Joanna.  "Joanna, it's time to go", "we need to go home," he tells her.  Joanna shakes her head as agreeing with him. They both closed their eyes and concentrate on their address, and before they knew it, they open their eyes, and there they were, back in their home in their living room.  They can hear noises in the kitchen and the dining room, and so they slowly move in those areas to see what's happening in the designated areas.  Her sister is now getting ready to make dinner, and her brother in law is helping her with the dishes, some of the dishes need to go in the dishwasher and the pots and pans need to be wash by hand. Sebastian sees this as an opportunity to practice his new skill.  So, he concentrates, on one of the pots on the counter.  He waves his hand and nothing happens, he tries again, but it moves very little, then he tries again, and it moves about an increment, not good.  So, he decides to really get closer to the pot, and tries again, with more force, the pot goes flying across the room, and falls straight to the ground.  George gets  startled and runs from the kitchen to the dining room where his wife is preparing the plates and  silverware, and he looks pale by now. He looks back at the kitchen and looks at his wife.  His wife is too busy to nootice him.  "Oops" Sebastian said.  "that was wild"."I did not mean to do that," "sorry George" Sebastian said, with a very concerned look, but with a smile on his face. George looked at his wife, and tries to get her attention, but his wife is humming up a song, and does not really pay attention to George.  "Honey, Honey, I just saw a pot flying across the room", "I just saw a pot flying through the room", "Stop it George", "you are making me laugh, you must be in a good mood", "just saw a pot flying through the room, pots don't fly, George, pots don't fly","please go get some napkins George, and then I will start bringing in the food", requested his wife as she dismissed everything he was saying. George slowly went back to the kitchen, took a peak to see where the pot was or if it had moved again, but the pot was on the floor and did not move from there.  George was now doubting himself.  Maybe I worked too hard, and I imagined that, he thought to himself. So, he goes to the cupboard and gets the napkins to give to his wife.  Meanwhile, James and his sister comes in from their school and greet their aunt and uncle.  "Hi," said James to his aunt.  "What's for dinner?, asked his sister.  Elizabeth looks at her and tells her to go wash up and then come back to check what's for dinner.  So she goes off and washes up, while George is still trying to make sense of what he saw in the kitchen, but he keeps things to himself, he dare not tells his niece and nephew.  They all sit and have their dinner, and enjoy each others company and they all go to the living room after dinner to watch a movie together.  Everything appears to be normal. Meanwhile Sebastian is now back to the kitchen to try again. "How do I pick-up the pot on the ground?, he asked Joanna, "Well,  the same way you made it move, I suppose?, replied Joanna. So, Sebastian, gets closer and concentrates once again, and waves his arm to the right, and the pot goes across the opposite side with such a force, that everyone from the living room gets up and runs to the kitchen, well the pot is now on the opposite side, and George looks and he is now really startled, and he walks to his reclining chair for awhile and just sits there.  "We have ghost in this house", he says out loud. No one is really listening to him, because they think that it was a weird situations, and what must have happened is that the pot was situated in the wrong place, and it just fell to the ground and rolled to the other side of the room.  So, Elizabeth picks up the pot and placed the pot on the counter, dismisses the incident, and tells everyone, "Let's all go back to the living room and continue watching the movie". so everyone walks back and sit to watch the remainder of the movie.  George is still in shock, and convinced that ghosts are now in the house, but not totally 100%.  He is now a little scare, but he better stay low profile or otherwise, they are going to think he is going nuts. "Time to go to bed," Elizabeth tells everyone, so everyone is tired, and so they all go to their designated bedrooms.  Sebastian was smiling and Joanna was shaking her head, like saying to him, "you sure need a lot of practice, my friend.

Once Upon A Time

Sebastian looked everywhere, and then he remembered where he had placed  the item.  He jumped for joy and he smiled at Joanna.  Joanna just stared at him, "what's wrong with you, you act as if you won the lottery", she said, and Sebastian responded by saying, "maybe I did".  "I think I found it", Sabastian said.  "Found what!" replied, Joanna, "I found what I was looking for," answered Sebastian, "it is inside the black safe box". "I can see it now," "ready, Joanna", said Sebastian, "ok", "I am ready, but I don't know what you are talking about nor what you have in that black safe box".  "I hope it's not locked", said Sebastian, "because if it is", "we are doomed!   "Aha!, there it is, my precious black safe box". " I can see it from here," (lt was up on the right hand corner on the top shelf in the closet).  Sebastian tried to pick-up the black box, but to no avail. "Well, there is a disadvantage of being a ghost after all, now what am I going to do,?" said Sebastian. Joanna just shook her head.  "We can try to get the attention of my sister or brother-in-law, that's the only two options we have", said Joanna.  "Right", said Sebastian, "Do you know how hard that's going to be," replied Sebastian.  "We don't have many choices, Sebastian, unless you want to try to catch the attention of our children", "No," replied Sebastian, "I want to surprise our children with it""Then Elizabeth and George will have to be our target, replied Joanna.  "Let's do it", said Sebastian. So, off they go to find the couple in the rooms. "Joanna, you go to the right, and I will go to the left of the hall".  "Call me as soon as you find one of them".  Joanna answered, "ok".  Sebastian looked all throughout the left side of the hall, and Joanna all through the right side of the hall, but no soul  was around. From bedroom to bedroom, first floor, second floor, but no one was home. "Where can they be?", asked Sebastian.  "Have no clue", said Joanna.  "Ok, let's wait for them, eventually they will come home".  So, Sebastian sits on the couch and Joanna sits right next to him. They waited, and waited, and waited.  Soon, the doors open, and there were the two children, coming in the door, laughing and joking with each other. "James, when are you giving up, that girl you like, she doesn't even know you exist", you my brother are wasting your time and energy, and if I were you, I find another girl that really wants you", you know what I mean". Tamara, you don't even know what you are talking about" "she loves me, you haven't seen her how she smiles at me when I walk  right pass her."replied, James. "she's probably glad to get rid of you", answered Tamara. "No, she knows me by my first name, and says hi each time I see her, replied James.  "Right", Tamara, answered, "she says hi to everyone, including her puppy and cat, she happens to be friendly, you are not the only man in this world, "get over it, James", replied Tamara.  "That girl is mine, she is going to be your sister- in- law in the near future, you watch and see,  Tamara, you watch and see" replied James.  "Right", sure, James," answered Tamara with a very doubtful look on her face.  Sebastian looks back at Joanna, and smiles with a devilish smile.  "My boy, that's my boy" Sebastian said. Joanna looks at Sebastian and smiles back, "you know he is still too young, and this will pass too", "he is only a baby attracted to another baby", "I don't worry about that", said Joanna. Suddenly, the door opens again, and it is Elizabeth with her car keys in her hand and purse on the other hand.  "Yes!, said Sebastian, "Yes, "Yes", Yes!", he yelled with excitement,"the homecoming queen is back". "Yeah! he yells, again.  "Ok",  what next, do you have a plan, Sebastian? "No, but I will figure it out one way or another", replied Sebastian. Joanna waited for Sebastian's big master plan, she wanted to know how he was going to pull this one.  Sebastian kept pacing back and fourth in the living, room, and Joanna just kept looking at him.  "Sebastian, what next, genius", said Joanna.  "Wait, I am thinking, I am thinking, don't ruin my concentration, ok". So, Sebastian paced back and fourth again and again, finally he came through with an idea.  "I got it, I got it", he yelled, "I know, I know, now," he said.  "Ok", said Joanna,  "what is your plan?" "We need to talk to Martin, and he can tell us how, he has more experience in this ghost thing".  "I know he would know what to do, so  that we can get to the black box".  "Let's try to concentrate on Martin's name".  "Are you ready, Joanna", but what if it doesn't work, Sebastian, then what", said Joanna, "then we will keep on doing different things, until we can get it down, I am sure he knows of a better way to do this.  His been around more as a ghost than we have.  We have nothing to lose and everything to gain.  I am sure he will do it free, he has no use for money and we sure can't get any ourselves.  What do you say, we call him, Joanna?.  "fine, I just hope this is not a big mistake", replied Joanna.  "Concentrate, Concentrate", said Sebastian, "concentrate by calling his name, so he can appear in front of us"  So, Joanna and Sebastian both concentrate and concentrate and nothing happens.  "what the hell, where is this man?, I am sure we are doing the right thing". Sebastian cries out with lots of fraustraton.  "Who knows, said, Joanna, "we might as well just do it ourselves", "No", said Sebastian, let's concentrate again, so they both keep on concentrating, they both close their eyes, and think, "Martin", "Martin", Martin",  Bingo, Martin appears. " Man, we've been calling you for a while, and you are a hard man to get a hold of", said Sebastian. "Yeah", said Joanna, "where in the hell were you?".  Martin replied, "you guys made me come so you can scold me, what's up with that!", "I am going back, see you clowns some other time, I don't need this, I was having some of my own fun in a night club".  There were pretty senoritas dancing the cumbias and salsas in the nightclub called, "La Fiesta".  Nice, then I was totally interruped by a couple that I hardly know, now that's a crying shame, my friends". "I am going back to "La Fiesta, see you guys", "No, wait!", said Sebastian, we need your help. "Oh, now you need my help, when I am having the best night of all nights", "ok, what is it?", said Martin. " You know that we are newly ghosts, right, said Sebastian. "Right", said Martin, and, Martin waited for Sebastian to reply, "and, we need to know how to operate as  ghosts, we need to complete something I left incomplete.  I didn't know I was going to die!" said Sebastian.  Martin laughs, "now  that's funny, do you think I knew I was going to die", replied Martin. " No of course not, I am just saying, said Sebastian, this was so unexpected, can you help us, or not! asked Sebastian.  "ok, what is it you want from me? replied Martin.  "Tell me", said Martin. "Well, said Sebastian "I have this black safe box, and I don't know how to open it, or how to get someone's attention, like my sister- in- law or my brother- in- law, for example.  "Now, you really want to get their attention", replied Martin, "well of course", answered Sebastian, "Now, how do we do that, you tell us,"asked Sebastiaan.  "Well", you have several options, answered Martin,  "So, tell us, what are our options", replied Sebastian.  "You can scare them at night by making all kinds of noises in the home, like opening the kitchen cabinets, by turning on the television unexpectedly, by moving dishes that are on top of the kitchen counter, moving all sorts of items in the closets, and turning on the water in the bathroom and eventually leading them to the closet towards your black box, or they may just leave and never come back," said Martin. "ok", what's the other option, replied Sebastian.  "The other option is that one of them dream of one of you and you can tell he/she what you want them to look for and what to do with the so called, black safe box you have here". "So, it is possible that we can talk to them while they are asleep, asked Sebastian. "Of course it's possible", answered Martin.  "Tell us how to do that, then, said Sebastian. "Well, is not an instant thing you do, it takes practice and patience".  Both of you need to have patience and will need to keep on trying until you get it right". "There is no time limit, after all, you two don't have to worry about time, it does not exist for you anymore".  "So, just have patience, and you will eventually get their attention", said Martin.  "Ok, how do we do this, tell us now, Sebastian urged for an answer. "ok", for the moving of items, you need to focus on the item itself, then use all the energy you have and move your hands towards the item, don't touch!, that will not work, just sway your hands towards the item you wish to move, and keep on focusing on that item, and that is how you move things.  "The next option, you will need to be at their bedside while they are sleeping, but you can only do one person at a time, because the concentration is real intensed". "You must really focus and concentrate".  "While Elizabeth is asleep, you must look into her eyelids and go beyond them, that is the window of dreams", "you can almost see what she is dreaming about," Martin said. How is that?, Sebastian questioned him. "I don't know, it's just happens to be that's what happens, don't question me, just do it, "you asked for help, and now I am helping you", "so stop interrupting me!, answered Martin.  Fine!, Fine! "what next?", asked Sebastian.  "You must keep on trying until you can visually see Elizabeth or George in that dream, and they can see you too, replied Martin.  "Once Elizabeth or George recognize you and calls your name in the dream, then at that moment, you need to give them instructions on what you need them to do and where to find what you are looking for; remember, you will need to explain to them very clearly what you want them to do for you, the dream doesn't come so easy, so try to give as much details as possible, it could be your only chance, there is no telling when the next dream will come, and if they will ever see you, again".  "Ok", I told you all I know, Sebastian, so, now I must go back to my fiesta, see you guys later", and out he goes and disappears like a thin fog in the air before their eyes, they did not have a chance to thank him.  "Well, now we know", said Tamara.  "We have what we need, now the hard stuff, begins"."Yeah", said Sebastian.  "We  can only try."
